Partners in Skills Receives Renewed Support from the Maks and Lea Rothstein Charitable Youth Trust

by | Feb 19, 2026

Partners in Skills is proud to announce a renewed contribution from the Maks and Lea Rothstein Charitable Youth Trust in continued support of our Women in Tech initiatives.

This renewed investment reflects a shared commitment to expanding professional pathways for Orthodox women entering Israel’s high-tech workforce.

The funding strengthens two programs:

Women in Tech Leadership Program – Participants engage in a structured leadership curriculum focused on strategic thinking, advanced communication, and team leadership skills. The program prepares women not only for employment, but for long-term growth and leadership-track roles within Israel’s tech sector.

SkillBridge Internship Program – Participants gain hands-on experience within professional tech environments, working directly alongside active teams. Through immersive, project-based work, they build technical fluency, workplace confidence, and real-world professional experience.

Together, these programs create both the foundation and the practical exposure necessary for meaningful integration into Israel’s high-tech industry.

We are deeply grateful to the Rothstein Trust for their continued partnership and for investing in the professional growth and future impact of our participants and community.
